At Palm View Primary School, the Art Club CCA is a vibrant space where every child is encouraged to explore, experiment, and express themselves through art. Guided by our school vision of nurturing Creative Spirits, students embark on an exciting artistic journey filled with imagination, creativity, and meaningful self-expression.
The Art Club provides students with exciting opportunities to explore a wide range of artistic mediums and techniques such as realistic portrait drawing, watercolour & acrylic painting, printmaking, mixed media, clay, metal tooling, batik and other art forms. Students get to discover their individual strengths and interests while honing their artistic skills.
Beyond the classroom, students are also introduced to diverse art styles, artists, and art movements through meaningful learning experiences such as visits to galleries, museums or exhibits. They are also given the opportunities to host recess activities and art exhibitions in the school. These experiences help students deepen their appreciation of art and recognise its relevance in everyday life.
