Our Peer Support Leaders (PSLs) play a pivotal role in this ecosystem. Through structured training, mentoring, and student-led initiatives, PSLs build inclusive relationships, promote positive peer influence, and support classmates experiencing stress, bullying, or loneliness.

Recess Student Well-being activities - assisting their peers to reflect on their well-being |
Initiatives like the #SafePlace Mental Wellness Week and Student Well-Being Recess Activities reinforce emotional literacy, coping strategies, and resilience. These programs are co-led by PSLs and supported by staff and parent volunteers, creating safe and supportive environments throughout the school day. Executive Function skills such as self-monitoring and flexible thinking are taught to nurture self-regulation and empathy.
